If you are thinking of becoming an Innkeeper and opening a Bed & Breakfast, then you may want to consider this workshop. Inn sitting will give you the true feel of owning and running a Bed & Breakfast. You may also learn that it is a career in itself.

Hear from experienced B&B owners as they tell about difficult guests, funny stories, and how to handle many situations with grace and finesse.

Operations and Staff
Should you just offer bed and breakfast or should you also host weddings, special events and dining? What are the legal implications? Can you do it alone or do you need a staff?
Financial Realities
Does this make $en$e? Sure, it’s fun, but can you make money? Do a cost analysis on your dream inn, discuss setting rates and learn how to make a banker say “yes”.
